Peter conducts research and analysis on the economics of electricity reliability and resilience. He’s also an expert on risk to infrastructure from extreme events. He holds a Ph.D. in management science and engineering from Stanford, masters degrees from Stanford and Cornell and studied economics as an undergraduate student at the University of Montana.
